Born and raised in The PNW with no plans on ever leaving, Joel founded The Great PNW in 2013 when he couldn't find an apparel company that expressed his love for The NorthWest. He spends most of his days replying to emails with "Sorry for the delayed reply...". A graphic designer to his core, Joel oversees all creative and product development we put out. When not corralling everything at the office, Joel spends most of his time with his wife Emily corralling 5 little munchkins who keep him equally as busy as The Great PNW.
A PNW native since childhood, this Cali-transplant handles all of our warehouse logistics with tender love and care. Chances are if you have ordered something online or emailed us a question, this is the beautiful face behind it all. Outside of The Great PNW, Johnny spends as much time as possible skating and chilling on Lake CDA sipping Twisted Teas.
Josh and Joel have been friends since design school. Josh's passion for snowboarding, skateboarding, and music fuels his deep love for design. Josh probably takes more snow days than anyone in the office, so once the snow flies he's more illusive than Sasquatch.
With a love for computers since before he could talk, Tim takes on all things photo and video at The Great PNW. Before we nabbed him off the mountainside of Schwietzer Mountain, Tim spent his early career traveling around the country filming some of the biggest names in skiing and snowboarding. He's also our resident chef and won't hesitate to whip up the team a few chimis.
This brauny bear of a man keeps the good vibes high at our flagship store in Spokane, WA. Shawn makes the best of every season in The PNW mountain biking, skateboarding, snowboarding, and camping. He's also built two staple DIY skateparks for the Spokane skate community. Added bonus: he's a great hugger.
Where do we start with this one...? This stardust-hippie-fairy came floating in bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and ready to take on all things social media. A true creator at heart, Ollie has no problem in front of the camera. When not walking around the office barefoot she's either a.) at Trader Joe's b.) a yoga class or c.) at a Goose concert
